Norfolk HVAC present at the 2014 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®

This Saturday, October 11, the Virginia Beach Oceanfront was flooded.

Not with waves of water, but with a sea of pink-clad supporters of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®. Men in tutus, women in pink shirts and children sporting pink tights all walked and ran the route from 30th street down to 8th, then looped back to 30th.

A parade of survivors took place, and Norfolk Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing watched and contributed to all of it, alongside our pink breast cancer awareness van.

Our dedicated representatives set up a table and took part in the fundraiser, answering questions and handing out pink awareness cups as well as pamphlets about our HVAC services.

Every year Norfolk Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing participates in the The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®.

The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure® Series, the largest series of 5K runs/fitness walks in the world, raises significant funds and awareness for the fight against breast cancer, celebrates breast cancer survivorship and honors those who have lost their battle with the disease.

Thank you for your support Virginia Beach, and we’ll see you there again next year!
