We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling that appeared to be coming from a 90 on a 3/4” supply line running to the bathroom upstairs. After calling Norfolk Air, they were able to get us on the schedule for the same day. Jerome and William came out, assessed the leak, gave me a quote quickly, had it repaired, and the area cleaned up in less than 2 hours. Both Jerome and William were personable and professional. They worked quickly, efficiently, and safely. I am extremely satisfied with their work and was thoroughly impressed when they left the work area cleaner than they found it. Due to multiple positive experiences, I highly recommend Norfolk Air for any plumbing needs. Also, if you live in an older house like we do, I would also recommend their plumbing membership program.

Updated April 17, 2024 - I had a seasonal service performed by Troy this afternoon. He was very professional and well mannered. Troy was very thorough and knowledgeable while providing an explanation of services being performed and even recommending how my system can be improved with an upgraded air scrubber. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford the scrubber at the time, but he definitely encouraged me to purchase one at a later date. I highly recommend Troy and Norfolk Air for all of your HVAC needs.

I have had the absolute best experience with this company! I had three technicians come out to my house for plumbing work— Jerome, Jesse and Armando. The work/assessments spanned a couple days and every time they showed up to my residence they were polite, knowledgeable, and understanding. Jerome really took his time going through each issue to make sure the repair was solid and it gave me a lot of comfort that he wasn’t rushing around to leave (an experience I’ve had with other companies). The work was thorough and professional and everything that needed attention was fixed! Before performing any work they always made sure I was quoted an accurate estimate— this happened quite a few times as things can change quickly with plumbing issues. On top of everything, they saved me thousands of dollars by planning each step methodically instead of rushing in and making assumptions. I would trust these guys and this company with any future jobs I have in my home. I am incredibly relieved to have found an honest and fair company in the Norfolk area. Final cherry on this cake— I spoke with 2 or 3 different ladies in their office and every one of them was kind and professional. My experience with this company so far has just been perfect! This company is great. Used them a few years ago to help with an AC issue I had in my unit. They were quick to come out and repair. I always said I’d use them again purely for their customer service and that still stands true. I decided to be smart and get my unit serviced before doing the AC switch-over. And I’m thankful that I did. They quickly found some duct work that had been chewed up my these darn Norfolk Rats. And then when my spigot rusted off right in the HVAC guy’s hand he quickly helped me get the water main shut-off. Then he called their team and had their plumbers out here in less than 30 minutes to repair it. They were all kind and professional. I wish I’d gotten all their names, but for sure give Cassidy B & Ricky H a raise or something for how awesome they were. Thank you so much for your hard work.

Great first experience with Norfolk Air. The technician identified the problem with our HVAC quickly and fixed it quickly. He also thoroughly checked the rest of the system even after identifying and fixing the problem. I felt so confident with the visit that I signed up for their Membership which provides regular servicing for my aged HVAC along with discounted repairs.* Update 4/1/2024. I called Norfolk heating and air based on the reviews. Our technician was Jacob he was professional and polite as well as on time . He assessed the situation, and we discussed options and pricing. We were able to get our sink fixed right away, and I am very pleased with the service from him as well as the office. The pricing was reasonable The service was five star we will continue to use them when needed and recommend them.

Thank you guys. This was an excellent experience from the very first call I made when my water heater went out. I called at 7pm and Ricky and Will showed up within 2 hours of my call. Chuck answered all of my questions over the weekend and helped guide me towards the tankless system i wanted/needed. Kassi and the rest of the office staff were excellent to work with the get everything scheduled as soon as possible. I work in the construction industry and I know how demanding it is. I appreciate you guys for doing everything you can to move this along for me.On the day of the install, Kyle, Ricky, and Will were excellent. They explained everything they were doing and were very professional from start to finish. Thanks again, fellas, for everything!For other homeowners, the pricing was reasonable too. I had been looking at tankless systems for a couple of years now. The quote was right in the middle of some other quotes I received , but the service is what made the difference. They didn't try to upsell me just for the sake of it.

I have a geothermal heating and cooling system and recently had Norfolk Air, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical address a problem I had with my system plumbing. They were life savers. Very thorough. We were without AC for 3 weeks. Finally it became an emergency. The tech they sent Gordon Wile was excellent. He had our AC up and running after 3 hours. My husband has many medical problems and he finally can rest tonight and be able to deal with tomorrow's 91 degree temps and high humidity. God sent and answer to prayer.

After two failed appointments, I cancelled the service and called Norfolk Air Heating and Plumbing. Tony called and said he would arrive early. Had to replace a toilet and Henry and Travis were sent out within three hours of my request for service. Henry and Travis did an excellent job of removing the old toilet and installing the new one. They cleaned up nicely and were friendly. The lady who took my call also was friendly. This is an excellent company I use for plumbing, electrical, gas, heating and air conditioning. UPDATE: I noted a small leak from the tank of the new toilet and emailed Norfolk Air. Henry and Travis responded in less than two hours (on a Saturday!) and tightened the fittings. Can't ask for better service. CONTINUED: I had a leak for a different toilet. At my request on a weekend, Travis called within two hours and came by the same day to repair the leak. Again- excellent service! Added 10/14/19: A new technician performed our regular, twice-a-year service. Emanuel was a pleasant, knowledgeable young man. Besides checking the heating system for the winter, Emanuel cleaned our humidifier, Great job, as usual! Update on 11/11/19: Doing some renovation and had to redirect a gas valve. Henry came out as scheduled and did the job. Very pleasant and professional experience as usual. THIS IS ONE WELL-RUN COMPANY! Update: 9/18/20- Had biannual inspection by Cassidy. Fine young man. Everything is working well- both heating and cooling. This is good insurance to have these inspections. Update August 27th 2022. Jake came out to repair our air conditioner that stopped working. One of the drains had locked up. Very happy with his coming out within an hour and his friendliness and good advice. New service Nov.2022 with clogged sink. John replaced sagging pipes under the house and cleared a mass of built up grease with Marvin's help. Difficult job completed to my satisfaction. Gary
